The Polk County Planning and Zoning Board regular meeting is on the 3rd Thursday of each month at the Commission Meeting Room in the Georgia State Patrol Building at 73 Cline, Ingram, Jackson Road  Cedartown, GA. 30125

The deadline for taking zoning change applications and variance request can vary due to advertising. please call the office for up to date information on these dates.
