Terms of Court - 3rd Monday in March and July, the Grand Jury that is summoned in July will be recalled in October if needed.

Motion Court is held every Tuesday at 9:00AM or 9:30AM, depending on which judge is presiding.

We have two weeks of jury trials each month, except for June and July.  The jury information number is 770-749-2036.  Jurors are instructed to call the jury line on Sunday evening prior to the date they are to report.  During a regular trial week, jurors will be instructed to call the jury information line each night after 6:00PM to receive instructions regarding their service.  Jurors are paid $25.00 per day for their service.  If you are given instructions to call the number the next night, and not to report, you will not be paid for that day.  You will need to resume your schedule.
